At Heidi’s Events & Catering we tailor every menu to your specific taste, budget and overall vision. Your first step is to give an hour of your time, whether in person or over the phone, with one of our Event Specialists to talk over every detail of your event. We take inspiration from whatever is important to you— your favorite foods, the restaurants you frequent, budget, your personality and your overall style. We can help you as little or as much as you need! From helping you find the perfect venue to the look of your tables and centerpieces. During that consultation your Event Specialist will create a tailored proposal for you; we’ll talk about what drives you…whether it is the style of food or service, the décor and design or your budget, you work on it together until it fits just right. Then you secure your date with the deposit and the fun part begins!
Here at Heidi's Events & Catering we want you to experience our service, food and presentation as it will be at your event. We host lovely tasting events for our clients to attend one complimentary prior to their event date. We believe in preparing local fresh seasonal food and presenting it in a way that will tantalize your senses! The group tasting is designed for you to experience the overall quality of our food, service and presentation that we provide. If preferred, private tastings are available by special appointment and charged accordingly.
Can we help you with any other special details and design for your special day? If so, the third step will be your tabletop and design consultation! At this meeting we will discuss those extras specific to your needs…maybe helping you with your floral, menu or escort cards, wedding cakes or desserts, discussing linen colors, table settings and more! Ask your Event Specialist for more details if you are interested!
Throughout the process your Event Specialist is available to you with any questions, thoughts or ideas you might have. It all comes together at your finalization appointment. Two weeks before your reception, you meet one on one with your Event Specialist to go over all of the final details of your event. At this appointment we cover final guest count, menu selections, timeline, additional vendor information, etc. to ensure a successful and stress free day for you to enjoy!
