Please read the following information very carefully prior to filling out the tasting planner:

Clients who are already booked with us are invited to join us for your Quarterly Gala Tasting Events. Potential clients that have already been in for a proposal and have not yet secured their date are also welcome to attend. Reservations are required. Please fill out the form below. The tasting event goes from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, however reservations are staggered keep everybody from arriving at the same time. We will send a confirmation email the week of the tasting to confirm your time.

Please limit your reservation to a maximum of 4 people.

If you have not yet met with an event planner, please fill out the website interest form and call to schedule and appointment for a consultation prior to the tasting. We will secure a reservation for the tasting when you come in for your consultation.

There will be a lovely selection of main entrees from the buffet and table served menus, our spectacular sides, and butler passed hors d'oeuvres to sample. Our preferred bakeries will feature wedding cake and decadent deserts. You will enjoy live entertainment and our florist will have flowers displayed. The florist will also be available to book floral consultations for your event.

Please keep in mind that we simply cannot provide all the items we offer at our tastings, and tastings are designed to give you a feel for the quality of food, presentation, and service we will provide at your event. Feel free to suggest items you would like to see the chef prepare for your tasting and we will do our best to include them.
