Menus

Are you planning a small intimate gathering, an anniversary party, shower, rehearsal dinner, reception, or an exquisite affair? There is a two hundred dollar ($200.00) food minimum required to book an event.

We are equipped to provide everything, from the tables, chairs, linens, tents, horse drawn carriages, limousine, live music, disc jockey, flowers, invitations, beverage service, theme props, and more. All menus include disposable plates, napkins, and utensils at a charge of ($.25 per guest).

The food is gloriously presented buffet style or elegantly served to the table.

Our staff is professional, well groomed, and are there to cater to your needs.

"Words can not describe what a beautiful job you did at Michael Pollack's HQ last Saturday night. My phone has been ringing off the hook with compliments. The food and service was simply magnificent. Everyone had a grand time and Cheryl Pollack commented to me that this was the first party she'd hosted where you took care of everything and she had nothing to do. She was very happy with your event. Your party will go down in Sun Lakes as the most elegant in our history and I'm sure the word of it will continue to spread so it comes back to you many times over. People are lamenting that they didn't qualify to attend. A person had to be a large donor or hard festival worker to be invited. So, you catered to all the high rollers here. I'm going to go out of my way to meet with Michael and Cheryl Pollack and recommend that they use you for all their events.
