Hi Heidi,
Just a note to thank Heidi's Home Catering for the magnificent job they did for my Patriots tailgating party held at Sun Devil Stadium on Sept 19th 2004. All the guests commented on the delicious bbq food, side dishes, desserts, etc. and how well it was "staggered out" during the afternoon.
I especially would like to comment on your staffs performance throughout the afternoon, he was extremely efficient and professional at all times and had the added welcoming smile which really gave the day a personal touch. I would like to wish Heidi's Home Catering continued success in your fields and be assured that when I need catering again in the Tempe, Az area. I sure hope you are available...

Minimum guaranteed count is due ninety six hours prior to event date. Final payment is due thirty days from event date. Changes may be made to the contract up to ninety six hours prior to the event. Decreases more then 20% are subject to additional charges. Any additions made after the ninety six hours will be considered but can not be guaranteed.
Cancellations within ninety six hours of an event are subject to the full cost of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail, OR email with a returned email from the event planner stating the cancellation was received and accepted.
All services and equipment are subject to a fifteen- percent operations fee and eight and one tenth percent sales tax. Fifteen percent gratuity will be added to all corporate events prior to billing. A one and one half- percent finance charge will be applied to any events unpaid past thirty days.
Damaged or missing rental equipment will be billed to client at standard replacement value. Please sign and initial in all places with an agreeing to the terms of the contract.
