"Our two parties were just great! Lisa and Jessie did a terrific job! I would request them again and would highly recommend them to other party givers. They were so nice, professional and easy and fun to work with. They were on time- even early I think- and everything went smoothly in a non rushed manner. We did have a larger than expected crowd Saturday night but I think everyone got something to eat and it was really no problem.  The dinner was yummy and the presentation was lovely. My house was very clean when Lisa and Jessie left so I barely had anything to do the mornings after the parties. I will certainly call Heidi's Events for future parties! "Heidi, it was a pleasure meeting you in person today. I can’t thank you enough for the excellent food and service you provided. You knew exactly what I needed and had suggested the perfect lunch. As a matter of fact, I received numerous compliments on the loaded potato bar and homemade vegetable soup. It was a hit. I also want to take a minute and recognize Mark. Mark was very professional, on time, and was able to provide a solution to my dilemma… On Thursday, I had a team of HR Professionals flying in from Nevada and there plane was delayed. This meant that they missed lunch and were about an hour behind schedule. Although the rest of the team enjoyed lunch, my Nevada team was clearly not going to make it prior to our meeting. I asked Mark if he could keep the food going just a little longer and he not only complied but when it was really late and he had to be at another event, he wrapped all the leftovers into containers that would keep the heat for a little longer and left enough “loaded” stuff for my Nevada team to enjoy once they arrived. I thank you Mark for a job well done. In addition, I was able to chat a little with Mark prior to our meeting started and prior to lunch and he truly is a keeper. Not only did he “rant and rave” about how he loved his job, it came across in his actions. As an HR professional for one the top 3 banks in the US, I recognized dedication when I see it and you have dedication in Mark. Thanks again for making my event a huge success with your food and I look forward to working with you again for future events. "

     You never cease to amaze us with your culinary talent and superior service.  Once again you dazzled everyone with your culinary genius for the Childhelp National and Regional Board dinner on Saturday evening.  When we discuss themes for our parties, you always know exactly what special menu to create.  We mentioned our Hawaiian Luau theme and you designed a tantalizing array of island delicacies.  Each dish was tastier than the next in the buffet line as guests savored the delightful, gastronomic Hawaiian cuisine.

     Rave reviews were received from all guests for your delectable selection of fruits, vegetables and entrees.  La créme de la créme is always the taste buds of guests, and they always make room for this dessert.  Heidi, your cuisine is unsurpassed!

     Your very talented and gracious staff, always give our guests the finest service.  Each request was met with such enthusiasm and joy.  Please convey to your staff how extremely thankful we are to them for giving exemplary service to our guests.  As a way to say thank you, we want to pay the tip for the women who worked the luau party.  Whatever amount you usually pay your staff, please charge on our credit cards (half on Yvonne's credit card and half on Sara's credit card).  We truly wish to show our appreciation for their tremendous work and great spirit.

"During our three-day event, we had excellent service.  The first night felt almost like magic, how such a nice event materialized in a preschool classroom and ran flawlessly. I never had to ask twice for anything we needed.  Again the following night,  it felt magical. I went into the service, and came out to a complete luncheon. I think the staff did a good job, though we had more than a few friends on hand helping out as well. It was busy/chaotic and I think all coped well.  Finally, on the last night the staff was very helpful and courteous. Nice transformation of the yard. "Heidi's immediately won my confidence when I realized I was working with experienced and professional event planning.   Drew at once grabbed and carried "the ball", adding creative event and menu ideas to mine, and I really appreciated his always-prompt and on-target communications during the planning phase.

The event captain & staff arrived early and transformed my house into a surprise party venue while we were golfing, arranging the room, setting up tables, bar, buffet, candles, and decorations.   During the party, what was so reassuring is that Heidi's staff is ready to do whatever might be needed to enhance the party or make it run smoothly, seemingly without regard to whether that service is specifically under contract.   The event's needs come first - and the staff seems to take ownership of the event, period.  This is a wonderful way to run a catering business.

The Alaskan king crab legs were the best anyone had ever had, that perfect balance between sweetness, freshness, saltiness, and crabness.  Wow - everyone was raving.  The Angus beef with blue cheese was wonderfully flavorful and a perfect "surf and turf" complement to the crab.  The orzo side was a resounding hit, while the broccolini with parmesan cheese was clearly a crowd favorite - I've never heard so accolades about a broccoli dish.  And the beautiful and super-rich chocolate birthday cake topped off the great meal.

Throughout the evening, Heidi's provided quiet attentive services in all aspects.  They monitored events, beautifully adjusting their services and schedule accordingly with a minimum of consultation.  Real pros.

I would use and recommend Heidi's again in a flash.  High quality professionals that  exceed expectations in all phases.

Heidi's Catering: thank you so very much!  My wife Linda (the birthday girl), a veteran of party planning herself, said, "This is the best party I ever went to."
