She consistently inquired with both of us with regard to our likes and dislikes, our desires for our guests, and offered creative solutions to ideas we hadn't quite figured out how to implement. The food was out of this world! People are still raving about it. Even the guests who are restaurateurs and an editor of a restaurant magazine in Chicago were complimenting our choice in a caterer. The staff were all so efficient and calm I was totally relaxed and was able to focus on the reason I was there instead of whether or not everything would come together. The entire estate was immaculately detailed and everything was in its place. Following the ceremony, the guests were immediately greeted with welcome drinks, fantastic passed hors d'oeuvres, and made completely comfortable.
