"We truly loved the dining experience. The room/table were set up very nicely and the staff was just great. Our guests were also happy with the food and the friendliness of the staff. It was so fun to have the chef come tableside to prepare our bananas foster. I like the variety of hors d' oerves, who would have thought to put goat cheese, strawberry with balsamic vinegar on a canapé. The combination of flavors really worked together. I can't say enough about the staff, Jack and Robert were fun, polite, professional but not stuffy, just down to earth great representatives for your company. The table presentation was lovely with the folded napkin with the printed menu card slipped in. I like the amber water glasses along side the wine glasses. We will gladly recommend Heidi's catering. "Everything went great. Pulled off the surprise, the weather was perfect - was nice enough to be outside. We had a great visit with friends. Tammy worked hard and made my job as host easy. She is great and is welcome back anytime. The chef's out did themselves. Joanna really liked the food and that was what I was trying to achieve. I think everyone else appreciated the different menu. Tammy lead us to believe this was a first time for this menu, thank you for trying it on us. I think other customers would find this a welcome change from the traditional. Even though I personally am not a big fan of spicy food, this was palatable. Thank you again for making everything work.
